At INTEGRATE it is our mission to provide our patients with quality integrative healthcare that is accessible and affordable. This in turn will help our patients reach THEIR goals by maximizing their health related quality of life.
Our Mission. Your Goals
Direct Primary Care (DPC) is an innovative alternative payment model that improves access to high quality healthcare with a simple, flat, and affordable monthly membership fee. Our DPC membership fee ranges from $75 to $95 a month.

DPC practices have smaller patient panels than typical fee-for-service facilities. This leads to benefits that include expanded patient access, longer office visits, and decreased wait times. All visits are covered under the membership. Up to 30 visits per year.

In addition to these benefits, other services are covered under the membership fee. This includes point of care testing (i.e. urinalysis, EKG, flu, strep), discounts on other in house services (IV Therapy, Infrared Sauna, etc.), and reduced costs of labs and medications.
What is Direct Primary Care?
INTEGRATE is a direct primary care facility that incorporates alternative treatment modalities at an accessible and affordable rate. Our services at this time include primary care, acute/ urgent care, basic mental health, IV nutrition/ hydration, infrared sauna, monthly mental health groups, and discounted access to a fitness center.
